Double-click on the Registry File (.reg), and a UAC pop-up will ask you to confirm your actions, do that, by clicking Yes. Click Yes again to continue.You can also import files using the Registry Editor. Hit Win + R, type Regedit, and click Ok. Now, click on Import, go to the location where this file is saved, select it and click Ok.Right-click on the .reg file and select Merge, if you are on Windows 11 you may have to click on More options to see the Merge button.
