See contacts you shared with Facebook

Delete contacts you shared with Facebook

How to turn off continuous contact uploading on Facebook?
Click on the three-line or hamburger menu on the top right of the Facebook app. Then go to Settings & Privacy > Settings. Locate the permissions section, and tap on the Upload Contacts. Then tap next to Continuous Contacts Upload to turn this setting on or off. Similar settings are available for iPhone, iPad, And Android apps.
Can I use Facebook without uploading contacts?
Facebook uses contact upload to suggest friends based on the phone number. So, it is not a compulsory feature. You will be able to use Facebook without uploading contacts, and you can add friends manually. However, Facebook prompts you for contact upload many times, and you need to be careful about not giving permission.
