6] Remove and add your Bluetooth keyboard
If your Logitech Bluetooth keyboard is still not working, remove it from your system and add it again. 7] Disable the Selective Suspend feature
This solution is for Logitech USB keyboard users. Selective Suspend is a feature in Windows 11/10 that forces a USB device to enter a low power state. When Windows detects no bus activity on a USB port for some time, it suspends that USB port. When a USB port is suspended by Windows, the connected USB device does not work. When you start using that USB device, Windows activates that USB port again. The purpose of the Selective Suspend feature is to save power. Sometimes, Windows is not able to activate the suspended USB port again. In this case, the USB device connected to that USB port does not work. If your Logitech keyboard does not work by connecting it to a particular USB port, either that particular USB port is damaged or the Selective Suspend feature is causing the problem.
