PDF Restrictions Remover is free software with a very simple interface. It has the feature to batch remove restrictions from PDF files. You can add different PDFs, add their opening passwords, and then begin the process to generate output PDF files that won’t have any printing, copying, and editing restrictions. You can also add multiple PDFs, but all those PDFs should have the same opening password to remove restrictions. Though its interface shows you can drag PDFs but this feature doesn’t work. When PDF is added, provide the opening password.
